Modify the Status of an Order
ORDER MANAGEMENT > ORDER > ORDERS
You can modify the status of an order from the Order Details panel. This includes putting an order on hold, resuming an order, or canceling an order.

Use the Scope selector to select the scope that you want. |

Filter the listing as necessary. |
|
3.
|
Double-click the order that you want to modify. |
|
4.
|
In the Details panel toolbar click Shipment Status Change. |
|
5.
|
Click the Shipment Status drop-down then select the new status from the available options. |
|
6.
|
When you are finished, click OK. |
The order status is updated.

In the Details panel toolbar click Hold Order. |
The Request Order Status Change dialog appears
|

In the Reason drop down, select the reason why you want to put the order on hold. |
|
3.
|
In the Note text box, add a note to further define your reason. |
|
4.
|
When you are finished, click OK . |
The dialog closes, and The order is currently being processed
message is displayed at the bottom of the panel followed by the Refresh icon.

Click Refresh to view the change in status. |

In the Orders list on the Orders page, find the order that you want to modify. |
|
2.
|
Double-click the order. |
If the Order's Status is On Hold, a Resume Order button appears at the bottom of the panel.

3.
|
Click the Resume Order button. |
A message, The order is currently being processed
is displayed at the bottom of the panel followed by the Refresh icon.

|
Click Refresh to view the change in status. |
